1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment is received, or — for Pay at Arrival reservations — once our team confirms availability, and a confirmation is sent by email or WhatsApp. Prices are shown in Saudi riyal (SAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility & check-in
Stays are intended for families and married couples in line with regulations governing furnished short-term rentals in Saudi Arabia. A valid national ID, Iqama, or passport is required for every guest at check-in.
3. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in forfeit the first night’s payment. No-shows are charged in full.
4. Guest conduct
Guests are responsible for the condition of the apartment during their stay. Smoking indoors, unauthorized guests beyond the declared occupancy, and disturbance to neighbors may result in the stay being ended without refund.
5. Liability
SQC Al Quraishi Residences is not liable for loss of personal belongings during a stay. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables and lock the apartment when unattended.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
7. Company & tax details
This website is operated by SQC Company (Commercial Registration / Unified National Number 7001782874), a limited liability company registered in Saudi Arabia. VAT registration number: 311522769900003.
8. Bank transfer payments
Bank transfers must be made only to the official account shown on your booking confirmation and payment instructions. We do not accept cash payments, and any cash paid to an individual is at the guest's own risk. After transferring, share the payment confirmation with us so we can confirm your booking.
