When you enquire, book, or message us we collect your name, email, phone number, national ID/Iqama or passport details (for check-in verification as required by Saudi regulation), and payment details processed securely by our payment provider. We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) to improve the site.
2. How we use it
To process bookings and payments, verify guest identity at check-in as required by law, communicate with you about your stay, and to comply with our obligations to Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Tourism and applicable authorities.
3. Sharing
We share booking and identity data with the payment gateway that processes your transaction, and with government authorities where required by Saudi law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Your rights
In line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal retention obligations. Contact us at stay@sqcresidences.com to make a request.
