SQC Al Quraishi Residences started with a simple frustration: booking a short stay in Dammam, Saudi Arabia usually meant either an impersonal hotel or a listing you couldn't verify. We built our residences to solve that — furnished properly, managed directly, and priced without the layers of commission that third-party platforms add.

Our story
Built out of a simple frustration
We want every guest to feel that someone was expecting them.
Short stays in Dammam, Saudi Arabia usually meant a choice between an impersonal hotel and a listing you couldn't quite verify. Neither felt like a place you'd want to come back to.
So we set out to do it differently: apartments that are furnished properly, kept spotless between guests, and managed by the same team that answers your messages. No layers of middlemen, no call centre, no surprises at the door.
Today we still welcome guests through Airbnb and Booking.com, but booking directly with us is the best way to stay — you skip the platform service fee and you talk to the people who actually run the buildings.
