Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling a booking
You can cancel by contacting our team on WhatsApp or by email, quoting your booking reference. The cancellation time is the moment we receive your message.
2. Free cancellation window
Unless the apartment page states otherwise, cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are refunded in full. Later cancellations may be charged the first night.
3. No-shows and early departure
If you do not arrive, or leave earlier than booked, the unused nights are generally non-refundable. Contact us as early as possible and we will always try to help.
4. Changing dates
Date changes are subject to availability. If the new dates cost more, you pay the difference; if they cost less, we refund it or keep it as credit.
5. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through our payment provider. Depending on your bank, this usually takes 5 to 14 business days.
6. Our cancellations
If we must cancel for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or an equivalent alternative apartment, as you prefer.
